It’s Friday, so we can relax a little. Here’s a great clip from 1776 (the musical) where John Adams encourages Thomas Jefferson to pen the Declaration of Independence. It’s a great comedic song, but I think it also illustrates a key point: leaders know there limitations.

Now, we have to ask ourselves, what were Adams’ limitations?
